Where do you ship from and what are the delivery times?
All orders are shipped directly from our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark. Domestic shipping typically takes 1-3 business days, while international shipping usually arrives within 5-10 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return process.
Are import duties included in the price?
For customers within the EU, VAT is included. For international customers outside the EU, please note that local import duties, taxes, and custom fees may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.
